Recipe: Green Goddess Dressing


  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1/3 cup fresh tarragon leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon, plus more if needed
  • 3–4 tablespoons grapeseed or avocado oil
  • ¼ cup Califia Farms Unsweetened Probiotic Dairy Free Yogurt Drink
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process for 2–3 minutes or until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. If desired, add 1–2 teaspoons water for a thinner consistency. Serve with grain bowls, on salads, in wraps and more.
