It’s all too easy to resort to calling a few ice pops “dinner” — so you don’t have to heat up your home by turning on the oven or stove … and so you don’t have to do much more than walk over to your freezer. But you can keep things easy and cool (literally) with these cold soup recipes from some of our favorite bloggers. Plus, they pretty much just take the push of a button on your blender.

Spicy Watermelon Strawberry Gazpacho
This soup has a balance of sweet (via watermelon and strawberries), spicy (by way of jalapeños) and savory (from a splash of balsamic vinegar). Better yet? This blender soup takes just 15 minutes to prepare.

Cucumber Gazpacho with Yogurt, Cilantro and Coriander
