SunGold Kiwifruit Coconut Ice Pops

Method:

  • 4 SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • unsweetened coconut flakes, for garnish

Instructions
Cut kiwi and bananas into 1- to 2-inch cubes. Place kiwi, coconut milk and bananas into blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into ice pop molds and place in freezer for 4 – 6 hours or until frozen. When ready to enjoy, remove from ice pop molds and sprinkle with unsweetened coconut flakes, if desired. Enjoy!
